1. Scope and contracting parties

These Terms govern the Operator's websites, product configuration, serial-based digital gifting, certificates, private gift pages, collectible holdings, available PASS and LET GO features, reacquisition, public serial/Journey pages and related digital experiences (the Services). A purchase processed through Lemon Squeezy is made with Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record under the buyer terms applicable at its checkout. The Operator separately provides and supports its described digital experience. The parties' specific responsibilities, including any statutory seller obligations, are determined by the actual purchase arrangement and mandatory law; this document does not purport to waive rights against either responsible party.

2. Product identity and what is supplied

GET NOTHING is a digital, conceptual novelty/gifting product. You pay for the specifically described digital content and functionality, not for a physical object. Depending on your selection, the purchase may include a Certificate of Nothing, a system-assigned or specifically chosen GN serial, personalized names and messages, private recipient access, a public serial/Journey display or other expressly displayed features. Optional features are included only if selected and confirmed before payment. No physical delivery is included unless expressly sold as such.

A serial is an identifier in the GET NOTHING system. Neither the serial nor the certificate is legal title to real or personal property, an intellectual property assignment, currency, cryptocurrency, a financial instrument, a redeemable claim, a resale guarantee or an investment. No appreciation, resale market or monetary return is promised.

3. Ordering, payment and corrections

The builder lets you review and correct selected options, recipient details and the price before you proceed. Continue to Secure Checkout is not itself a payment order or proof that a paid contract has been concluded. The Merchant of Record presents the final binding payment action and purchase terms. Final taxes, total charge, currency, recurring status (if any) and payment options must be disclosed at the appropriate stage before commitment. Successful payment must be verified through the payment system before paid fulfilment occurs. Reservation expiry and price tiers must be displayed in the relevant product flow.

The specific offer and product description shown immediately before payment control the purchased feature set. Changes to future prices or features do not retrospectively change completed purchases. We may reasonably investigate technical misallocation, duplicate orders or fraud, subject to mandatory remedies.

4. Names, recipients and content

The purchaser must enter accurate contact details, must be entitled to supply recipient information and must not use GET NOTHING for threats, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content or abusive unsolicited communications. Gift recipients may receive the operational communications reasonably necessary to receive and use a gift; they are not automatically subscribed to marketing.

You keep any rights you have in submitted personalization. You grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, adapt to the certificate layout and deliver that content only as necessary to provide, secure and support the Services. Personal/secret messages are not automatically public. Private certificate links act as access credentials and must not be posted publicly; explicitly public serial/Journey/QR links serve a different purpose. The purchaser should not enter sensitive personal information into free-text messages unless necessary.

5. Standard products, Collect and GN lifecycle

Standard products and Collect variants can have different prices and entitlements. The serial's continuing system identity is not the same as a particular person's perpetual right to hold it or access an online service. If the product description gives a 30-day collectible holding period, that period governs the relevant holding event. When available and permitted, PASS transfers the digital holding and resets the holding period for an eligible next holder; LET GO releases the serial into the applicable availability state; and reacquisition may give access to that same serial under the disclosed conditions and price. A public Journey may display selected serial-level transitions without exposing private personal details.

A 30-day hold does not by itself create a subscription or recurring billing. No automatic renewal or charge occurs without separate clear disclosure and an affirmative purchase. Any automated expiry, return, release or reassignment may be relied on only if actually implemented and disclosed for the purchased offer. Some features are planned and are not promised as available until expressly offered. Further operational consequences, timing, eligibility, and what happens to an already-issued certificate must be displayed in the applicable product flow before purchase.

6. Delivery, continued access and compatibility

Digital content may be issued via email, on-screen confirmation, private page or download after verified payment. Availability of any feature, compatible device/browser requirements, supported formats and any time-limited access must be stated with the offer. We do not promise uninterrupted perpetual hosting unless expressly and sustainably contracted, nor do we extinguish non-waivable conformity and access rights.

7. Legal withdrawal, cancellations and remedies

The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to make a request. Immediate digital supply or acceptance of these Terms does not automatically terminate a consumer's statutory withdrawal right. Where a valid exception applies, required express consent/request, acknowledgement and durable confirmation must be obtained and demonstrable under applicable law and product classification. Rights to a remedy for defective, undelivered or non-conforming digital content remain intact.

8. Intellectual property and safe use

GET NOTHING brand assets, site code, designs and certificate artwork remain the property of the Operator or relevant licensors. Your purchase grants the personal use, gifting, permitted sharing and printing rights expressly described, not a right to commercially reproduce brand materials or bypass security. Do not attempt to manipulate reservations, use another person's private access credentials, scrape private information or defeat abuse controls.

9. Service operation, changes, liability

Maintenance, outages and security interventions may occur. We will deal with digital non-conformity and material adverse changes according to applicable law. The symbolic or humorous nature of Nothing does not excuse failure to supply a promised digital product. We do not guarantee how any recipient will emotionally respond. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing excludes fraud, intentional wrongdoing or mandatory consumer protection.

10. Support and disputes

Please contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the order or serial reference. We may request information necessary to verify entitlement, without requiring payment-card numbers. Do not rely on the discontinued EU ODR portal as a functioning consumer dispute service.

11. Governing law

Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the Operator's Service terms are interpreted under New Mexico law. This does not change the applicable Lemon Squeezy purchase contract or deprive a consumer of mandatory local rights, including rights in an EU/EEA country when applicable. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a universal exclusive court forum.

12. Updates and required business information

Updates apply prospectively unless otherwise legally permitted. We retain the applicable exact terms/version of a completed checkout for auditability; a new version cannot erase prior rights. The legally identified Operator is the LLC, not a private individual behind it unless a specific legal disclosure duty requires that individual's identity.
