Digital Delivery & Access Policy

GET NOTHING | Review Draft R3 / v0.3 | NOT FOR PUBLICATION
Effective: [EFFECTIVE DATE — SET AT RELEASE]

1. Digital-only product

The ordinary GET NOTHING purchase provides specifically described digital content and/or a digital gifting experience: a Certificate of Nothing, a GN serial identifier, selected personalization and any purchased additional functionality. No tangible article is shipped by default.

2. When an entitlement is issued

The Operator initiates paid digital issuance only following verified successful payment from Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record (or a separately documented valid entitlement). A click on the site's Continue button, an active serial reservation or an unpaid checkout reference does not constitute payment or justify issuing paid ownership.

3. How delivery works

Depending on the selected product, delivery may involve a confirmation screen, recipient/giver email, private certificate URL, public serial/Journey page or authorized download. The relevant mechanism and the purchaser/recipient allocation are shown before purchase. A private certificate URL is a confidential access credential; a public Journey URL is a different and limited-purpose link. We do not intentionally publish private messages, full email addresses or secret access tokens on a public Journey or QR page.

4. Timing and errors

Immediate issuance generally begins promptly after verified payment, subject to the systems needed for generation and delivery; [SPECIFY ACTUAL SERVICE COMMITMENT AND ANY MATERIAL LIMITS]. Network and email-provider delivery may be affected by filtering, invalid addresses and transient errors. If a message bounces or goes missing, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with an order reference, not card information or private link. Appropriate secure correction, resend and retry measures may be available, without promising a particular technical fix in every case. A delivery notice failing to arrive does not necessarily mean no certificate was issued; consumer rights about the agreed supply remain intact.

5. Holding is not identical to access duration

A GN serial may retain a system identity while the current holder's Collect right lasts only the advertised 30-day period. When a supported PASS is used, an eligible new holder's clock may restart. LET GO may release the serial, and reacquisition may require a separate purchase for that same serial. These features must be offered and explained at the relevant time; unimplemented backlog features are not active promises.

[FINAL COMMITTED CERTIFICATE, PRIVATE PAGE, DOWNLOAD, ARCHIVE AND PUBLIC JOURNEY ACCESS DURATION — DIFFERENTIATE STANDARD FROM COLLECT]. No statement about a serial's permanent identity should be read as a guarantee of indefinite paid hosting or indefinite control by one holder.

6. Scheduled gifts and technical compatibility

A future scheduling/just-in-time option is not available or included merely because it appears in development plans. If such a feature is sold, the buyer must see its price, delivery time zone, timing limits and correction rules before payment. Current browser compatibility, download format, access requirements and material interoperability restrictions should appear in the product description. [VERIFY PRODUCTION IMPLEMENTATION].

7. Statutory rights and support

If the promised product is not supplied or is not conforming, applicable statutory remedies are preserved irrespective of the product's novelty character. Support: [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Read /terms and /refund-policy.
